cscommands.comsv_cheats <true|false>
If true, allows you to use console commands that are normally locked behind cheat protection. It's a built-in Valve command and is completely safe from VAC.
Examples
sv_cheats true - Cheat-protected commands are enabled.
sv_cheats false - Cheat-protected commands are disabled (default).
true and false can also be written as 1 and 0.
